Carl E. Feather

Carl E. Feather is a retired, award-winning print journalist and photographer who lives in Bruceton Mills, W.Va. His work has received awards from Associated Press, UPI, Thomson Newspapers, and CNHI newspapers.
He provides boutique film-to-digital transfer services, writes for the Tucker County Observer (monthly, Silver Award Best-in-State small newspaper in Tucker County W.Va.) and is the author of more than a dozen books. A film collector since high school days, he pursues documentary photography and filmmaking, as well.
